Ascent eyes is awesome. The place is clean, the staff and Dr are friendly and I feel my concerns are throughly addressed. No complaints!

Visited Ascent Eyes in Parker for my eye exam and to get new glasses. My experience was 100% positive both times I went. I went first for my appointment and everyone at the front was friendly and helpful. I worked with Thomas (I think that’s his name) for all my pre exam stuff and he was friendly and made small talk that was appreciated.I was greeted in a friendly manner and they walked me through everything that was needed. Paperwork was a breeze and getting the testing done before seeing Dr. McDaniel was easy and quick.The eye doctor came in and was very friendly. He took his time to answer all my questions and he was very genuine and helpful. I haven’t gotten that kind of attention at any other eye doctor visit that I’ve had. The entire visit was filled with helpful people that were also friendly and engaging. They all took their time with me and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I enjoyed looking at the glass selection as they have a good variety of glasses to choose from. I especially liked being able to see the Cartier frames as that was a first for me and I’m glad they offered.They walked through my coverage and helped me select a pair of glasses on my visit and I was able to get things handled quickly and easily.When I went to pick up my new glasses, I encountered more friendly folks that were helpful and welcoming. Same positive energy as the first visit and I was in and out with ease. Happy to have found this place and look forward to sharing my experience with others and coming back for my exams and glasses.
